By purchasing a Champagne Paws service, you confirm that you have read and accepted the following terms.
SUITABILITY
Champagne Paws may recommend a different service where the option purchased is not appropriate for your dog’s needs.
Adventure Safaris and Adventure Care remain subject to behavioural, practical and household suitability.
PAYMENT
Payment is required to secure a service.
An appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received and the date and time have been agreed with Jayne.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the session fee may be forfeited unless there are exceptional circumstances.
If Champagne Paws needs to reschedule due to illness, unsafe weather or another unavoidable circumstance, an alternative appointment will be arranged.
TRAVEL
Services are primarily available across Sydney’s inner city and Eastern Suburbs.
Additional travel fees may apply outside the usual service area. Any additional charge will be discussed before the appointment is confirmed.
DISCLOSURE
Clients must disclose relevant medical conditions, pain, medication, allergies, bite history, aggression, resource guarding, escape behaviour or other matters that may affect the safety of the dog, Jayne, household members, other animals or the public.
Failure to disclose important information may result in the session being modified or discontinued.
VETERINARY CARE
Dog training and behaviour services do not replace veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Where pain, illness or another medical factor may be contributing to behaviour, Champagne Paws may recommend veterinary assessment before training continues.
SAFETY AND WELFARE
Champagne Paws may modify, postpone or end a session where conditions are unsafe or continuing would not be in the dog’s best interests.
Dogs must be appropriately secured before Jayne enters the property if requested.
RESULTS
Behaviour and training outcomes depend on many factors, including the dog’s health, history, environment and the client’s ability to implement the agreed plan.
No particular result or timeframe can be guaranteed.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographs or video will only be used publicly where the client has provided permission. Detailed consent will be collected separately during client onboarding.
